Script

Since the script will be a document that accompanies the PowerPoint, your job for your portion of the presentation is to put into words what each person in your group should say as each slide is shown to your audience. With this in mind, it would be beneficial to finish your PowerPoint first, and then create a script for each of the slides.  The script is your opportunity to elaborate upon the information presented on the slides.  The script pertaining to each slide should be entered at the bottom (notes section) of each PowerPoint slide or on a separate paper.
